CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE –Telco Account

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a new telecommunications account at our Davao site. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding support and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries related to mobile, internet, and other telecom services via phone, email, or chat. You'll address billing questions, service issues, plan upgrades, technical concerns, and more ensuring each concern is resolved accurately and promptly. Your ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented, even in high-pressure situations, is essential in providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer queries about telco products and services through various channels (phone, chat, email)
- Troubleshoot service-related issues such as connectivity, billing discrepancies, or account concerns
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on plans, features, and promotions
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for swift resolution
- Document interactions and update customer records with care and accuracy
- Recommend relevant services or upgrades that meet customer needs, supporting retention and loyalty
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus, but not required
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work onsite at our Davao location
