Goto Tendon is hiring for Dining/FOH Supervisor, who can manage and supervise the Front of the House. Provide superb and outstanding customer service that will make our valuable customer feel the comfort not only from the food they are eating, but within the restaurant as well.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning: Overseeing the setup of the dining room and scheduling staff.

Customer service: Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service, and responding to customer feedback.

Food quality: Ensuring food quality and standards are met, and that staff are knowledgeable about menu items and food allergies.

Safety and sanitation: Ensuring all staff follow food safety, personal safety, and food storage guidelines, and that the restaurant is clean and meets sanitation standards.

Inventory: Managing inventory.

Point-of-sale: Operating the point-of-sale system, processing payments, and issuing gift cards.

Events: Arranging group events and catering for VIP guests.
