Job Title: Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and organized Chef to manage and operate the kitchen of our Simulation Golf Lounge. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and bar snacks suited for a sports and leisure environment, ensuring consistency, taste, and timely service to complement the golfing experience of our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and cook menu items such as light meals, appetizers, and bar-style dishes suited for a golf lounge setting.
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
  • Work closely with the lounge/bar team to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, monitor food stock levels, and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
  • Follow health, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Control food portioning and minimize waste.
  • Develop and suggest new menu items or seasonal specials.
  • Maintain an organized kitchen area during busy hours.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor (experience in bar/lounge or casual dining is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of quick-serve, bar-style, or comfort food menus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
  • Culinary certificate or equivalent training is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on lounge schedule).

Reports To:

  • Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
