Job Title: Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and organized Chef to manage and operate the kitchen of our Simulation Golf Lounge. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and bar snacks suited for a sports and leisure environment, ensuring consistency, taste, and timely service to complement the golfing experience of our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and cook menu items such as light meals, appetizers, and bar-style dishes suited for a golf lounge setting.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
- Work closely with the lounge/bar team to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
- Manage kitchen inventory, monitor food stock levels, and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
- Follow health, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Control food portioning and minimize waste.
- Develop and suggest new menu items or seasonal specials.
- Maintain an organized kitchen area during busy hours.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor (experience in bar/lounge or casual dining is an advantage).
- Knowledge of quick-serve, bar-style, or comfort food menus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
- Culinary certificate or equivalent training is an advantage.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on lounge schedule).
Reports To:
- Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
