Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales or business development background and preferably experience in the HMO or health insurance industry.

This is a critical and time-sensitive role. We are looking for someone who can join immediately and make a quick and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the healthcare, HMO, and insurance sectors

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, insurers)

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of solid experience in business development or B2B sales

  • Industry exposure to HMO, health insurance, or healthcare services is a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-driven, organized, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision

  • Must be available to start immediately or with very short notice
