The IT Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, monitoring, and management of the IT budget for the shared services environment, ensuring equitable allocation across subsidiaries. The IT Finance Manager is also responsible for ensuring all financial transactions related to IT services are accurately entered into platforms. Additionally, the IT Business Manager collaborates with internal business units and external vendors to streamline operations and ensure timely payment processing, avoiding disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in IT financial management, including budget planning, cost control, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in financial platform like Anaplan, Business Central, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
