FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Lead the Finance team in managing the company's accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and general ledger functions.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Supervise the Office Administration team in delivering efficient administrative support to all departments.
- Oversee general office operations including procurement, vendor management, facilities management, and records management.
- Ensure the smooth operation and compliance of all field support hub offices, including coordination of office resources, logistics, and support for field personnel.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements in all office operations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and administration roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance practices.
- Proven experience in managing office administration and multi-site operations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC
