We're looking for a detail-oriented Conversions Accountant Specialist to support our clients as they transition to BGL's industry-leading cloud products, ensuring a smooth, secure, and successful onboarding experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support clients through smooth, secure, and accurate data migrations to BGL's cloud products, making the onboarding process feel seamless and stress-free.
  • Partner with the Client Success and internal teams to identify and resolve data issues, while helping improve our onboarding experience.
  • Use your accounting knowledge to troubleshoot problems, ensure compliance, and protect sensitive client data at all times.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive in a role that values accuracy, teamwork, and growth—ideal for someone with an accounting background (or a degree), strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a client-facing, tech-focused environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Background in Accounting or a related degree (preferred)
  • Experience with BGL Simple Fund 360 or SMSF software is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with clients and teams
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently
  • Familiarity with BGL products or experience in data migration is a plus.
