We're on the hunt for an expert digital marketing specialist.

We are a small but highly skilled team based in Sydney Australia. We have a range of blue-chip Australian clients and operate as a close team in a very friendly environment. You'll get to work closely with a few of the brightest minds and sharpest skills in the industry, which will contribute to your ongoing skills development.

Working within the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll already be skilled with most aspects of  executing digital campaigns across social and search.  You have skills not just with setting up campaigns, but with continually optimising performance and conversion.

We want someone who really loves the industry and the tools, and is driven to keep up with the new technologies and methods in this fast-paced industry.

We'll lean on your creativity and data-driven insights to create new opportunities for our clients. We will provide you with an environment of collaboration to help foster your development within the digital space.

About the Job:

We're looking for someone with a strong technical skillset:

  • Management of all social media and paid advertising, including optimising performance to ensure desired outcomes are met.
  • Mandatory: Facebook or Instagram, and Google Ads (including display).
  • This experience is a bonus: LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok
  • A reasonable understanding of SEO principles
  • Development of reporting infrastructure via Google Tag Manager and Facebook's Pixel to identify key audience opportunities and on-site optimisation points.
  • Some experience with executing CRM and automation strategies on any platforms. (eg Hubspot)
  • Experience Conducting digital marketing research, and utilising analytics data and collating this information for presentation or reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills including email management.
Your Qualification:
  • Facebook Ad Manager – core part of role
  • Google Ads - core part of role
  • Some understanding of how SEO works (onpage and offpage)
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is important for being able to manipulate the data exported from the tools.
  • Google Analytics (Analytics & Reporting Tools)

  • Google Data Studio
  • Tiktok Advertising
  • LinkedIn Advertising
  • CRM experience (eg Hubspot or other) including automation of customer engagement/journey mapping.
  • Conducting digital marketing research, competitor analysis and content analysis, utilising analytics data and collating this information and recommendations for presentation or reporting.
  • Some content management system experience like WordPress, for simple adjustments to page content.
