Position: HR Intern

Work Location: Casto Travel Philippines Inc., Makati

About the Role

Do you have a genuine interest in people and envision a career in Human Resources? Casto Travel Philippines is inviting motivated students to take part in our HR Internship Program. This role offers exposure to core HR practices such as talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, training, and administrative support. It's an excellent learning experience for students in their final academic year who wish to apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting.

Main Tasks

Talent Acquisition Assistance

  • Post openings on job boards and help identify potential applicants
  • Screen résumés, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates

Onboarding Activities

  • Assist with new hire orientations and welcome programs
  • Prepare kits, forms, and other onboarding requirements

Employee Engagement

  • Contribute to planning and execution of company events and activities
  • Support health, wellness, and culture-building programs

HR Records & Admin

  • Update employee files and HR databases
  • Help in preparing reports and general documentation

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and attendance monitoring
  • Collect feedback for evaluating training effectiveness

Project Participation

  • Join special HR projects aimed at improving employee experience
  • Share innovative ideas to enhance ongoing programs
Candidate Profile
  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Preferably in the last year of study
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
