We are looking for a reliable Senior Executive, Inbound & Groups with experience in MICE to help our business activities based in Manila, Philippine.

Senior Executive, Inbound & Groups will support Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure service to Europe Market clients is adhering to Within Earth Holidays procedures, clients service level agreements and policy.

Job Descriptions

  • Manage and prepare all aspects of travel operations including proposal, itineraries, reservation, ticketing, operational documents, travel coordination and customer support
  • Assisting on flight booking for Group or FIT / reservation, tours, hotel booking, transfers, preparation of costing, quotations and proposals and other ground logistics
  • Provide timely and accurate information and excellent support to external customers (agents, suppliers and clients).
  • Coordinate with local suppliers and international partners to ensure service quality.
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. operations, finance) to ensure the smooth delivery of travel arrangements
  • Support the Operations Manager in maintaining supplier relationships and standard operating procedures.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the travel/tourism industry, preferably in an Inbound Operation
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with agents and suppliers
  • Excellent organizational and team player
  • Excellent in preparation of trip costing is favorable
