About the role

Join our dynamic and growing Contact Centre team at Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC. as a Call Center Customer Service Representative based in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City office. In this full-time position, you will be the voice and first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support across a range of communication channels including phone, email and chat.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing friendly, efficient and accurate support
  2. Actively listening to customers, understanding their needs and providing timely resolutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Continuously improving your product knowledge and service delivery
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role for 6 months, also accepting non BPO as long as its sales experience
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
