Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
HR Associate Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in HR or related administrative role (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Knowledgeable in recruitment, timekeeping, government benefits, and basic labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Can multitask, work under minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring complete documentation.
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases.
- Process timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and coordinate with payroll for cut-off submissions.
- Assist in handling employee benefits such as government contributions, leaves, overtime, and allowances.
- Support employee relations activities, including issuing memos, assisting with investigations, and documenting HR concerns.
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
- Help plan and support company events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor standards.
- Provide general HR administrative support to the department and management.
