EPIC Property Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  2. Prepare and post job advertisements for site and office roles

  3. Coordinate applicant screening, interviews, and job offers
  4. Draft employment contracts and onboarding documentation

  5. Facilitate orientation and initial policy briefing

  6. Employee Records and Compliance

  7. Maintain and update 201 files and digital HR records

  8. Ensure timely registration and updates with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
  9. Monitor contract expirations, renewals, and probationary evaluations

  10. Assist in preparing DOLE reports and compliance documentation.

  11. Timekeeping and Payroll Coordination

  12. Validate attendance, leave applications, and overtime records

  13. Prepare monthly payroll summaries and coordinate with accounting

  14. Track 13th month pay, final pay, and separation clearance

  15. Disciplinary Process and Documentation

  16. Draft NTEs, incident reports, and suspension memos

  17. Ensure due process and maintain progressive discipline matrix

  18. Coordinate clearance and exit interviews for separated employees

  19. HR Policy Implementation

  20. Assist in rolling out company handbook and code of conduct

  21. Monitor policy compliance and report violations

  22. Recommend updates to HR policies based on operational needs

  23. Staff Support and Coordination

  24. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures

  25. Coordinate uniform issuance, ID preparation, and site deployment tracking
  26. Support wellness and engagement initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace.
  • Preferably residing in or near Dasmarinas Cavite or adjacent cities

Duty: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
