JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for an experienced PAYROLL ASSISTANT to process and manage the company's payroll and the government contributions and remittances of employees. Their goal is to ensure employees receive the correct compensation in a timely manner.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- End-to-end payroll administration - timekeeping, computation, disbursement, including the final pay computation of separated and inactive employees
- Full process and administration of 13th month pay, cash conversion of leaves, computation of company allowances and bonuses
- Government mandatory benefits and loans computation, contribution reports preparation and remittance
- Withholding tax computation, preparation of BIR 2316, Alphalist, and 1601-C and submission to BIR portal
- Attend and resolve queries and concerns related to compensation, benefits, loans, govt. remittance, and tax
- Knowledgeable and abreast with the PH pay rules, worker's statutory monetary benefits, and govt. premium mandatory contributions and ensure compliance of the company
