What is your mission?
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payroll processing, maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. This role includes handling payroll schedules, benefits entries, and supporting internal and external reporting while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
- Set up new hires, terminations, and other lifecycle changes in the HRIS system.
- Manage electronic timekeeping systems and review timesheets for accuracy.
- Guide new hires on system setup for self-service access.
- Make benefits entries and process benefits-related payments.
- Provide reports to internal teams and external agencies as required.
- Stay updated on reporting requirements with ISN and other relevant agencies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Who are we looking for?
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll handling.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (One Point is a plus, but not required).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle changes (new hires, terminations, benefits).
- Familiarity with ISN (ISNetworld) reporting requirements preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Customer-service mindset and willingness to learn additional job functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
