Site Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Job Purpose:

As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will lead recruitment efforts at the site, shaping the workforce of tomorrow by identifying and securing the best talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers, ensuring that staffing needs are met while upholding the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for site-level positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with site leadership in workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to meet hiring goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of sourcing platforms, ATS, and recruitment marketing.
