We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through transportation and logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years' sales experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of international and domestic logistics operations (air freight, sea freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, distribution).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and business development.
