We're looking for dynamic Account Executives to join our Trader High-End Segment team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of high-volume trading activities across the meat, seafood, and wet market sectors, managing key relationships and driving new business growth in a competitive, fast-moving environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced traders or account managers with a strong understanding of local market dynamics, a deep supplier network, and a sharp eye for deal-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new trading opportunities in high-end segments
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects
  • Conduct market research, cold calls, and lead generation
  • Present proposals and product solutions to potential buyers
  • Account Management:
  • Manage and expand current client accounts
  • Customize services based on client needs
  • Provide consistent client support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Cross-sell and upsell to maximize customer value
  • Trading & Market Intelligence:
  • Track market trends and competitor movements
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
  • Execute trades and monitor order fulfillment and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and supply protocols
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with internal logistics, operations, and finance teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit sales reports
  • Share market insights and support sales forecasting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 4+ years of B2B sales or trading experience
  • Proven track record in commodity or foodstuff trading
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management
  • In-depth local market knowledge and supplier connections
  • For Wet Market Traders: hands-on experience in traditional sales environments
  • For Piso Traders: ability to handle high-volume, low-margin deals
  • Preferred background: Meat/Seafood Trading
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
