Bookkeeping Trainer (Part-time)

Position Details

  • Hourly Rate: PHP/ hour
  • Work Setup: Onsite – North Atrium Building, M.C. Briones Street, Mandaue City, Cebu
  • Work Hours: Must be able to commit to work 15-20 hours per week
  • Start Date: January 2026 (with earlier onboarding for curriculum review and enhancement)

A newly established tech-voc school based in Mandaue City, Cebu. We are the first tech-voc institution in Metro Cebu intentionally focused on programs that directly respond to the needs of the digital economy.

About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeping Lecturer to deliver our TESDA Bookkeeping NC III program while helping us review and enhance the curriculum to better reflect industry demands. The ideal candidate will also help integrate modules on widely used accounting tools such as QuickBooks and Xero to prepare students for real-world bookkeeping roles.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Must be a holder of Bookkeeping NC III OR a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Must be a graduate of B.S. in Accounting OR its equivalent
  • Must have completed Training Methodology III (TM III) OR its equivalent
  • Must have at least three (3) years of industry experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
  • Must have experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
  • Must have strong communication skills in both oral and written English
  • Must possess good moral character
