Responsibilities

• Conduct necessary training programs, including basic accounting modules, and upskilling team

members and new hires

• Assist the training team in developing and updating of training modules for the learning and upskilling of team members
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Maintain a relevant repository of reusable training materials
• Submit training compliance and reports regularly or as per required
• Identify, coordinate and implement initiatives related to learning and floor support
• Attend necessary training for professional growth and experience
• Identify and perform other projects and duties as required

Key Qualifications/Experience

• At least 3 years' relevant experience in US Small-to-Medium Enterprise Accounting
• Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Higher. A CPA qualification would be nice to have
• Competent in Accounting (Bookkeeping), Tax Compliance and Taxation for US companies
• Experience in training or coaching people
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You are self-motivated with a tenacious attitude and politely assertive style.
• You learn fast, work fast, and thrive in an agile work environment.
• You like to achieve goals, have fun, grow your knowledge, and make a positive impact on people's lives
