About the Role

We are seeking a Revit Modeler with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing design and documentation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering US-based architectural or MEP projects, a solid understanding of US building codes and standards, and proficiency in Revit modeling and coordination workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate and detailed Revit models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines in compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and quality.
  • Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, in alignment with US building standards.
  • Implement and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP), Revit templates, and project standards.
  • Review and coordinate models using Clash Detection and other QA/QC tools (e.g., Navisworks).
  • Support project teams with BIM coordination meetings, model updates, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure adherence to US codes, standards, and specifications throughout the modeling and documentation process.
  • Maintain organized project files, Revit worksets, and model hierarchies according to company and client protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Revit modeling for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.
  • Proven experience working on US-based projects and familiarity with US building codes (IBC, ADA, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
  • Strong command of Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) and related BIM tools.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of construction documentation standards, detailing, and coordination.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
