Architectural Visualizer / CGI Artist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Visualizer with a strong background in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation. The ideal candidate will transform architectural concepts into high-quality visual presentations, helping bring designs to life through realistic renderings and immersive visual experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proven experience in architectural CGI or visualization.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing architectural renderings and animations.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
  • Expertise in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, or Unreal Engine.
  • Solid understanding of architectural design principles and spatial composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail and artistic sensibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Technical Skills:

  • 3D Modeling: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender
  • Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, Unreal Engine
  • Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop, After Effects
  • Architectural Tools: AutoCAD, Revit (for importing architectural data)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with animation and walkthroughs.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR visualization tools or workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with design teams.
