About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer / Renderer with at least 3 years of experience in producing high-quality architectural visualizations for US-based projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, composition, lighting, and materials — combined with technical proficiency in industry-standard 3D software. You will work closely with architects and designers to translate concepts and drawings into photorealistic renderings, animations, and presentations that communicate design intent effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for architectural, interior, and landscape projects.
  • Interpret 2D drawings, sketches, and Revit/AutoCAD models to create accurate and detailed 3D scenes.
  • Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.
  • Produce static renderings, 360° views, walkthroughs, and animation sequences as required.
  • Collaborate with architectural and design teams to refine design intent, color schemes, and presentation styles.
  • Maintain visual consistency with US project standards, materials, and environmental settings.
  • Manage multiple visualization tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest visualization tools, plugins, and rendering trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or Renderer, preferably for US-based architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for post-production and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or Rhino for importing and optimizing 3D geometry.
  • Excellent sense of composition, lighting, camera angles, and materials.
  • Ability to produce realistic renderings under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with design teams.
