About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience in the design and documentation of US-based projects. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a solid understanding of US building codes and standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated design solutions across various project types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop conceptual and schematic design studies under the guidance of senior architects or project leads.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
  • Prepare construction documents (plans, sections, elevations, and details) in compliance with US building codes and client requirements.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings with consultants, engineers, and clients.
  • Conduct research on materials, building systems, and code compliance to support design development.
  • Collaborate with BIM and drafting teams to ensure model accuracy, documentation consistency, and alignment with project standards.
  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs during construction phases.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials, renderings, and reports for client submissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 3 years of architectural design experience
  • Has portfolio/sample work focusing on US-based projects.
  • Strong understanding of US building codes and standards (IBC, ADA, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (or equivalent 3D modeling software).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for presentations and documentation.
  • Strong ability to interpret and produce detailed architectural drawings.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability in both design and technical work.
