Accountant
Job Description:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and accounting records.
- Support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Monitor and reconcile all inventory and stock-related transactions.
- Assist with month-end close activities and the preparation of financial statements.
- Perform regular general ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare analytical and ad hoc reports as requested by the Financial Controller, including financial analysis and stock movement reporting (inbound and outbound).
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support as needed (e.g., preparing Job Descriptions and Employment Contracts, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or any related field.
- Accounting background/experience (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, etc.)
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or automotive operations is a plus.
- Experience in vehicle registration, payroll, or banking procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
