Admin and Facilities Staff

Job Responsibilities:
- Disseminate announcements and reminders for the Facilities and Admin Department.
- Create, track, and disseminate memos, advisories, and incident reports.
- Process and track purchase orders for maintenance supplies, housekeeping supplies, office supplies, and furniture/equipment.
- Track and send sales invoices for payment processing.
- Monitor minor site defects or issues requiring attention from the Facilities and Admin Department.
- Support vendor management.
- Assist in overseeing the housekeeping and security teams' duties, responsibilities, and concerns.
- Safeguard files for the Facilities and Admin Department.
- Monitor and secure Facilities and Admin equipment.
- Handle inter-departmental requests related to Facilities and Admin functions.
- Maintain and update employee access badge records.
- Manage and assign employee lockers.
- Set up large meetings, events, assemblies, and training sessions as requested.
- Maintain consolidated records of facilities-related expenses and supplies usage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Willing to work at Clark, Pampanga.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a BPO setup.
- Experience in processing government compliance, including CDC, PEZA, and ISO.
