About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sumidenso Automotive Technologies Asia Corporation as an HR Supervisor. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's human resources function and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Based in the thriving Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, this position is integral to maintaining Sumidenso's high standards and ensuring a positive employee experience.

What we're looking for

  • More than 5 years' experience in providing impactful HR solutions in areas including organizational development, workforce management, employee relations and policy implementation
  • Proven experience in driving HR transformation initiatives and providing recommendations to support effective structural development.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to management, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

Others:

  • Good in English communication both oral and written
  • Knowledge in computer operations and software applications such as Microsoft Windows/ Offices
  • Has strong interpersonal skills
  • Adept at problem-solving including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Must have good analytical thinking skills
  • Should be confident and able to think decision thoroughly even under pressure
  • Has keen attention to details and accuracy
  • Systematic/ organized and able to prioritize and handle multiple activities with competing deadlines
