Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant (GVA) to support our team with day-to-day administrative, operational, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

As a GVA, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative duties, including email management, scheduling, data entry, research, social media support, and other ad hoc tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize email inboxes, flagging priority messages
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Conduct online research and compile information into reports
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (invoice tracking, expense logging)
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Provide customer service support via email, chat, or phone
  • Manage social media posts and engagement (optional, if relevant)
  • Track tasks and project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support business operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work onsite (Monday to Friday)

Preferred:

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation is a plus
