Join Our Team as a Virtual Dental Assistant

We're expanding and looking for a highly organized and reliable Onsite Virtual Dental Assistant to join our team In this role, you'll be working from our office, providing virtual support to a dental clinic—helping ensure patients get top-quality service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Please note: This is a full-time onsite role. Applicants must live nearby and be able to work from our office daily.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome and assist patients virtually by collecting accurate personal and health information
  • Handle calls, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with scheduling and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with dentists, patients, and your team to ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain and organize electronic patient records and generate necessary reports
  • Support the clinic with various administrative tasks as needed

Who We're Looking For:

  • A college graduate or someone with a strong background in customer service
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Professional, dependable, and easy to work with
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced office environment
  • Quick to learn and able to solve problems on the go
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools
  • Bonus: Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but not required

Training Program Includes:

  • Introduction to basic dental terms and procedures
  • Best practices for communicating with patients
  • Hands-on experience with the clinic's software systems

Training Compensation:

  • Php 10,000 during the training period
  • Includes night differential

Training Schedule:

  • 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippine Time)
  • 6-hour shift with a 1-hour break

After Training Work Schedule:

  • 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour break

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
