Position Title: Virtual Administrative Assistant (Strong Communication Skills)

Location: Onsite – Angeles City

Schedule: Morning Shift ; Monday to Friday

Salary: Negotiable and Highly Competitive

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and confident Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite in Angeles City. This role suits someone with strong organizational skills, excellent English communication, great attention to detail, and a willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, email handling, and record keeping
  • Manage and update records within a CRM system
  • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and file organization
  • Communicate professionally with clients or partners via phone and email
  • Support internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly
  • Adapt quickly to internal tools, processes, and industry-specific systems

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and use CRM systems – experience with OPMS is a plus
  • Can work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City – remote work is not available for this role
  • Can start immediately
