Position Title: Part-Time Role- Admin Virtual Assistant
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM PHT (4 Hrs/Day; 20 Hrs/week)
Salary Package: Php 20,000-25,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ADMIN VIRTUAL ASSISTANT:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Admin Virtual Assistant to support our client's business operations. The ideal candidate will perform a range of administrative tasks that keep internal processes running smoothly from data entry and file management to inbox coordination and meeting scheduling.

This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities as an Admin Virtual Assistant would be:

• Manage and organize inboxes, flag urgent items, and draft basic email responses.

• Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and send meeting invites.

• Maintain digital filing systems and organize shared folders and documents.

• Prepare spreadsheets, internal reports, and basic presentations as needed.

• Perform data entry, database updates, and contact list maintenance.

• Assist in creating internal process documents and SOPs.

• Monitor and manage task boards (e.g., Trello, , Asana).

• Support with online research, sourcing suppliers, or organizing event logistics.

• Track deadlines and follow up with internal or external teams as needed.

• Handle general administrative support across departments or projects.

Qualifications as an Admin Virtual Assistant:

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or virtual assistant role.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project/task management tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

• Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new software or tools.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
