  • Prepare different configurations of the products in accordance with the customers' system requirements.
  • Prepares and sends quotations to the customers in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Negotiate with the customers on product pricing to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Follow up on quotations and other inquiries by the customer to receive purchase orders.
  • Coordinates with the administration team for stock availability, shipment and delivery of products ordered by customer.
  • Provides after-sales support and develops a good rapport with customers by communicating regularly.
