  • Performs assessment and repair of Olympus Analytical Instruments and/or Microscopes and Accessories.
  • Assists Sales Engineer on product demonstrations and exhibits as needed.
  • Aids the Sales Team on the technicalities of all Evident Equipment.
  • Offers and performs operations training for analytical instruments and microscopes to end users.
  • Reports common customer complaints to the team to address the problem and provide solutions.
  • Attends to customer concerns about Cytek's products.
  • Analyzes, inspects, and reviews findings on the equipment to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
  • Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
  • Creates Calibration reports and weekly reports for the assigned activities.
  • Prepares quotation and sends them to the customer in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Follow up on quotations submitted after initial assessments of units.
  • Promotes Olympus products and services to external customers.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
