Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the AV industry, media server technology, and

the evolving needs of target clients.

  1. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations

that clearly explain how products and services work.

  1. Follow established sales processes and internal standards to ensure a

seamless and professional customer journey.

  1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear, effective,

and professional communication (both verbal and written).

  1. Represent the company and its brand with professionalism, creativity, and

passion in all client meetings, industry events, and day-to-day engagements.

  1. Identify prospects, acquire new clients, and close sales contracts to achieve or

exceed sales targets.

  1. Provide reliable after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction, long-term

loyalty, and valuable referrals.

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with technical

capabilities and client requirements.

  1. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • English communication skills
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or production sales (preferably in AV, events, or creative tech industries)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of AV systems, LED walls, media servers, XR/virtual production workflows (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to lead client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams across complex projects
  • Tech-savvy, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a dynamic team
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours based on project needs
