About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and construction teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project execution, team management, and pre-sales activities such as bidding and proposal preparation. This role is crucial in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire engineering team and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Lead project planning, execution, and completion across multiple construction projects
  • Manage pre-sales activities, including bidding, cost estimation, and proposal preparation
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for technical and project updates
  • Monitor and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Review and approve engineering plans, designs, and project documentation
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and project staff
  • Support business development through technical inputs and strategic project insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any related Engineering discipline
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role (e.g., Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Engineering Manager)
  • Proven experience in bidding and proposal management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage
  • Willing to work in a compressed schedule M-T :8am to 7pm and Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
