Job Description:

As a General Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks such as email and calendar management, data entry, and file organization
  • Conduct online research and compile reports as needed
  • Manage and update CRM systems and databases
  • Assist with social media scheduling and basic content creation
  • Handle customer inquiries via email or chat (as applicable)
  • Create spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate with team members and external partners on various tasks
  • Monitor and track ongoing projects or task deadlines
  • Perform other ad hoc virtual assistant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana, Notion)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Discretion with handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRMs, or project management software
