About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with experience using GoHighLevel to provide ongoing support with automations, video creation, and other related administrative tasks. This is not a developer role but rather a support position for someone comfortable with digital tools and creative workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with setting up and managing automations across business tools.

  • Support with basic video creation and editing for training or marketing purposes.

  • Help organize and execute operational tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.

  • Provide general virtual assistant support as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with the client to ensure tasks are completed on time.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar support role.

  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, GoHighlevel).

  • Basic video editing skills (any common tools like Canva, CapCut).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through on tasks.
