We're Hiring: Meta & Google Ads Virtual Assistant

Are you a results-driven Ads specialist who thrives on creating winning campaigns?
We're looking for a Meta & Google Ads Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us generate leads, sales, and ROI through high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • A/B test creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
  • Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends and algorithm changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running Meta & Google Ads with successful case studies/results
  • Strong knowledge of ad policies, targeting strategies, and bidding techniques
  • Excellent skills in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with remarketing and funnel optimization
  • Copywriting & creative design background
  • E-commerce campaign experience
