About Us:

We're looking for highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistants who can support AI product development, from research to testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. You will work directly with leadership to help launch and optimize AI tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and recommend AI tools, APIs, and integrations to enhance business operations and product offerings.
  • Assist in AI product development, testing, and deployment.
  • Create, manage, and optimize AI workflows, automations, and prompts for different use cases (customer service, marketing, content generation, operations).
  • Support in data collection, organization, and analysis to train and improve AI models.
  • Document processes, create SOPs, and maintain knowledge bases for AI projects.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and management to execute product roadmaps.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, AI Specialist, or in a product development/tech-related role.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Claude, automation platforms, etc.).
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation (Zapier, Make, or similar tools).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
  • Background in computer science, data science, or related field.
  • Experience in product management or software development.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
