About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team at Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in sourcing and hiring top talent for our client's organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract and screen high-calibre candidates for a range of roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and translate these into compelling job descriptions
  • Utilise a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks, to build a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct thorough screening, interviewing and assessment of candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity
  • Continuously optimise recruitment processes and metrics to drive efficiency and quality of hires

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Preferably specializing in Finance & accounting roles or AU Construction requisitions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems, HR software and other recruitment tools
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the industry
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
