Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads and executes the end-to-end recruitment process, driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives to meet organizational growth objectives. This role goes beyond operational recruitment support, taking ownership of sourcing strategies, employer branding, candidate experience, and process improvement to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing
- Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across multiple channels, including professional networks, niche job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific events.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business goals.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
Candidate Assessment & Selection
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
- Recommend top candidates based on comprehensive evaluation and alignment with business needs.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Champion the employer brand by ensuring a high-quality, engaging candidate experience.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking functions.
Data-Driven Recruitment
- Develop, analyze, and present recruitment reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Use recruitment analytics to identify trends, anticipate hiring needs, and refine strategies.
Process Optimization
- Evaluate and improve recruitment workflows, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability assessments.
- Facilitate structured debrief sessions post-interview to align hiring decisions.
Onboarding & Transition Support
- Oversee pre-employment checks, reference verification, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent mapping, and labor laws.
- Proficiency with recruitment analytics tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche recruitment simultaneously.
