About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various BPO positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings, behavioral interviews, and skills assessments.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on BPO industry trends and competitive talent strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years' end-to-end recruitment experience in the BPO industry.
  • Proven ability to source and place candidates for high-volume roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
