Senior Recruitment Associate

The primary role of a Senior Recruitment Associate is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. You will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the recruitment office.
Required:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
- Knowledgeable on the Recruitment process
- Minimum of at least 6 months relevant experience working in a high volume and fast paced hiring environment
- Proven record of building and managing relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Must be willing to work independently or in a team
- An excellent connector who collaborates, problem solves, and can help celebrate wins while learning from mistakes and always keeping the team in mind
- A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality
