
HR / Admin Assistant Manager

Job Description
- Develops and executes HR strategies, manages recruitment and employee relations, ensures compliance with labor laws and safety regulations, oversees compensation and benefits, and fosters a positive work environment to align workforce capabilities with business objectives and promote operational efficiency.
- Managing HR team priorities, assisting with strategy development, ensuring efficient HR operations, and driving improvements to enhance employee experience and support company goals.
- Overseeing the HR team and ensuring smooth, efficient operations, including managing daily HR tasks and leading HR initiatives.
- Support the recruitment process by helping to identify and screen candidates, performing background checks, and coordinating orientation and training for new hires.
- Assist in managing employee relations, resolving employee queries, and addressing grievances to foster a positive work environment.
- Support the implementation of performance management procedures and assist in the development of training programs.
- Help with the design and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Compile and analyze HR data, generate reports on recruitment, headcount trends, and other HR metrics, and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as managing HR documentation, assisting with payroll processing, and handling general inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a management role, typically 5 years or more.
- Knowledge of labor laws and relevant HR legislation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with HR software systems (HRIS).
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
