'1. Managing the daily HR operations of the company;
'2. Managing and monitoring the implementation of policies, procedures, and programs of the organization;
'3. Preparing of checks and check vouchers for the administrative and office expenses of the company;
'4. Recruiting, screening, and interviewing applicants for any vacancy in the office;
'5. Maintaining all personnel records;
'6. Conducting orientations for new employees;
'7. Preparing employment contracts and company IDs;
'8. Endorsing new employees for training and deployment;
'9. Preparing the payroll of the company;
'10. Preparing payments and reports on monthly remittances of contributions and loan payments to SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF;
'11. Ensuring that all company benefits (uniforms, allowances, entitled pays, SL and VL allocations, and other initiated employee benefits) are given to employees;
'12. Providing information and accommodates employees' concerns regarding government benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF benefits.
'13. Preparing and issuing memoranda in accordance with labor laws and company policies and systems;
'14. Ensuring good working condition of employees;
'15. Planning and conducting company events such as summer outings, sports fests, spiritual retreats, Christmas parties, employees' birthday celebrations, and other company celebrations;
'16. Preparing job orders to employees by preparing their updated job descriptions;
'17. Preparing and developing performance evaluation as basis for merit and allowance increase;
'18. Formulating organizational plans and developments to improve company structure and organization and increase employee motivation;
'19. Preparing CVs and checks of all HR and admin expenses and billings;
'20. Monitoring admin check booklets and checks summary reports;
'21. Creating monthly admin disbursement report and billing of various projects;
22. Preparing annual HR and admin report on company's expenses, employees' performance evaluations, and new employees' status
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,500.00 per month
