We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist who will be working with Connext's Client in the United States of America.

What is the job?

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting key HR processes across the organization and serves as a subject matter expert in multiple HR functions.

Responsibilities:


• Acts as HR systems SME, maintaining data accuracy and reports

• Supports end-to-end leave administration (FMLA, ADA, etc.)

• Manages employee records and HRIS reporting across business units

• Reviews and updates HR policies, including EEO-1 filings

• Facilitates offboarding and compliance processes

• Oversees training logistics and LMS reporting

Qualifications:


• 6+ years of experience in HR systems or operations, with expertise in HRIS, Benefits, L&D, and Payroll modules

• Knowledge of leave administration processes, including FMLA, ADA, and related policies

• Proficient in Excel tasks, such as pivot tables, formulas, and basic data analysis

• Skilled at managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy

• Strong in building relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving approach to resolving issues
