Job description:

Job Description: The HR Training specialist is responsible for designing, developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. They assess training needs, create learning materials and deliver workshops or seminars aligned with company goals. The Training specialist also evaluates training effectiveness, ensures compliance with HR policies and supports employee development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field.

· Professional HR or Public speaker certifications are an advantage.

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR training and development.

· Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

· Proficiency in MS office and learning Management system.

Job Type: Full-time
