The Qualifications We Seek

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic grounded in integrity, accuracy, and quality
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; able to generate reports and provide insights
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service/helpdesk and basic HR functions
  • Exposure to multiple HR disciplines across various geographies is a plus
  • Proficient in Case Management tools, HRIS, and Timekeeping systems
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced virtual environment
  • Resourceful, with sound decision-making and research skills
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service orientation with a supportive and empathetic tone

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to HR queries efficiently, offering accurate recommendations and quality resolutions
  • Categorize inquiries by priority and escalate complex cases to the right teams
  • Coordinate with internal teams to solve issues and improve service delivery
  • Track actions taken, conduct daily monitoring, and ensure consistent follow-ups
  • Maintain data confidentiality and comply with internal security policies
  • Identify process issues and recommend or escalate improvements as needed
  • Handle concerns via email, chat, ticketing tools, or calls
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and member satisfaction
  • Use the HR Tool (CHEER) to log and manage all employee cases
  • Meet performance objectives in quality, productivity, and resolution
  • Attend training sessions and continuously develop relevant HR knowledge
  • Comply with attendance policies and demonstrate professional work ethics
  • Promote collaboration and respect in all internal and external interactions
  • Support self-development and deliver consistent support experiences
  • Provide insights on process improvements and maintain high service standards
