The Business Development Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations and documentation of the whole Business Development Team. Also, he/she takes charge of all administrative reports as needed.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Contract Management and Monitoring

  • Manages and monitor all partner contracts offline and online copy.
  • Continuous update of the online copy for all business development teammates access
  • Monitors the timely renewals, signatures, and dispatch of all contract

Project Management

  • Assist in monitoring of all local and international permits for new store opening
  • Ensures timely submission of all requirements to external partners
  • Optimize sourcing flow by creating an ocular report and Partner General Mall Information details

Communication & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Business Development verticals - Company Owned, Distributor, Franchise, Consignment, and Outright to ensure up to date documentation on all stores
  • Coordinate with Admin team to address any contract and permit issues for local stores
  • Communicate regular updates on deliverables to Business Development teammates

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a 4-vear course, preferably related to Business Administration, Marketing or any business-related course
  • Experience in Mall Retail Lease contract documentation team (preferred but not required)
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word or equivalent tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Ability to manage all the documentation and meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn new things and expand skillset
  • Strong interest in management of contract renewals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php31,584.00 per month
