Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in the tech or digital solutions industry is a plus
